Qualifications:

Applicant must be the child or grandchild of a Mid-West Fertilizer customer or a Mid-West Fertilizer employee.
Be a high school senior graduating in spring 2026 or a current college student in the first, second or third year of school.
Enrolled at a post-secondary institution for the fall of 2026.
Demonstrate leadership abilities, academic performance and a desire to further their education and career.

Rules:

Submit one photo suitable for newspaper to be used upon selection as an awardee (png or jpeg).
